Our traditional European cheeses are all made in Manitoba from local cow’s milk, with no added salt or sugar to ensure a delicious, healthy product. Always fresh, Dairy Fairy is a healthy line of dairy products for you and your family to enjoy throughout the year.Our unique product to Manitoba is a rich source of protein, calcium, and phosphorus. This healthy cheese option is used in diets for the treatment of obesity, heart and liver disease, atherosclerosis and hypertension.Our diverse cheese is great for baking cookies, bread, crepes, and pierogies. As an alternative to goat’s cheese or feta, it can be used on top of salads, in a sandwich or sprinkled on pasta.All of our cheeses are made at the University of Manitoba and are constantly monitored by the CFIA.
